By accessing or using WriteGenius ("Service") at writegenius.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

WriteGenius provides AI-powered writing tools including a Paraphraser, Grammar Checker, Summarizer, Translator, and Word Counter. The Service is available on a free tier and a paid Premium subscription basis. See our Pricing page for details.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current account information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WriteGenius to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any law
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems
• Submit malware, spam, or harmful content through our tools
• Resell or redistribute WriteGenius tools without authorization

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your Account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text you submit to WriteGenius. The AI-generated output is provided for your use, but we make no guarantees about originality or copyright of AI-generated content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the output complies with applicable laws and policies.

WriteGenius, its logo, and all product features are the intellectual property of WriteGenius and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WriteGenius is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the AI output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Always review AI-generated content before publishing or submitting it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteGenius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@writegenius.io.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
