How to Edit a PDF Step by Step
Step 1: Upload Your PDF
Go to the PDF Editor and drag and drop your PDF file, or click to upload. Your file is processed entirely in your browser — it's never sent to our servers.
Step 2: Select the Edit Text Tool
Click "Edit Text" in the toolbar. The editor will detect all text on the page and show blue hover borders around each text element.
Step 3: Click the Text You Want to Change
Click any text area. A text box appears at the exact position of the original text. Type your replacement text. The original is automatically whited-out and replaced when you download.
Step 4: Use the Format Bar
With the edit tool active, the Format bar appears below the main toolbar. Choose your font, size, and color before clicking a text area.
Step 5: Download Your Edited PDF
Click "Download Edited PDF." Your changes are applied using PDF manipulation technology and the file is saved to your device.
